WHAT IS OPEN AIR STORAGE?
Apart from our containers which are water tight the open air storage means that your item will be stored outside but surrounded by our security fencing and the latest Close Circuit Television which is recorded. We can store anything that fits.
WHAT ARE OUR MONTHLY RATES?
Our standard 20-foot shipping containers are £168 (£140+VAT) – Our 10-foot containers are £125 (£104.17+VAT) – Based on a minimum term of three months paid up front – then paid monthly. The first payment will incur a refundable £50 pad lock deposit. Pitch spaces are £120 (£100+VAT) Based on a minimum term of three months taken and paid up front – then paid monthly. Pitch spaces are for your Camper Vans / Boats / Caravans – anything that fits in the space.
HOW LONG CAN I STAY?
No minimum stay, but generally based on a minimum term of one month. Shorter periods can be arranged at slightly higher rates
WHAT ARE THE STORAGE SIZES?
We can accommodate any large vehicles ,boats , Caravan’s, etc or any other things you may want to store. There is no limit on sizes and the only way we would not be able to accommodate you is if we were full at that particular time. Are you moving or do you just need a few extra square feet away from your home? If you are unsure of how much space you would require or want a quotation, just give us a call.
CAN YOU PROVIDE 24 HOUR ACCESS?
We offer 365 days a year access but unfortunately there is a time restriction from 07:30 in the morning to 20:30 in the evening to which we have to strictly abide by.
HOW DO I PAY FOR STORAGE?
You will pay for your storage requirements at the time of signing our Agreement. This can be done by bank transfer or in cash on the day.
